Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Human Services Field
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in mental health setting that serves children or adolescents with emotional problems
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Independently licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent licensure
• Must have least 3 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of clinicians and case managers while providing guidance and mentorship
• Maintain a small caseload of clients in the outpatient practice, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Become certified in the ADOS autism diagnostic assessment and provide diagnostic testing for individuals to rule out Autism Spectrum Disorder

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Independently licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent licensure
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical setting
• Experience working with children with ASD and DD/ID preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing therapeutic services to developmentally and intellectually delayed boys between the ages of 12 and 21 years old in a residential setting. Daily tasks will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and documentation, participating in staff meeting, and staying up to date with best practices in the field,
